Announcement of Scrip Reference Share Price

Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 6 August 2025 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the interim dividend of 14.4 cents per share payable on 23 September 2025. The deadline for receipt of elections was 1 September 2025.

The Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative is 1,286p.

The Scrip Reference Price is based on the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 2 September 2025 and ending on 8 September 2025.

The Pound Sterling equivalent of the dividend is 10.70p per share and is based on the average USD/GBP exchange rate as published by the Bank of England for the five business days commencing on 2 September 2025 and ending on 8 September 2025.
