Members of Tokmanni Group's Shareholders' Nomination Board

Representatives of the four largest shareholders registered in Tokmanni Group
Corporation's shareholder register as of 1 September 2025 are elected to the
Tokmanni Group's Shareholders' Nomination Board. The Nomination Board is
responsible for preparing proposals covering the composition of the Board of
Directors and remuneration of the Board members to the Annual General Meeting
2026.

The four largest shareholders have nominated the following members to the
Shareholders Nomination Board:

· Takoa Invest, Jari Sonninen
· Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Hanna Kaskela
· Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Karoliina Lindroos
· Nordea Funds, Marie Karlsson

Erkki Järvinen, Chairman of Tokmanni Group's Board of Directors, acts as an
expert member of the Shareholders' Nomination Board.
