The total number of shares in Betsson AB (publ) as of January 31, 2014 amounts to 43,954,703 shares, of which 5,420,000 Class A shares, 38,013,003 class B shares and 521,700 Class C shares, representing a total of 92,734 703 votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results of a new issue of 521,700 shares of series C, which are intended to be used to secure obligations due to the Company's incentive program.
