Change in number of shares and votes in ÅF AB

The reduction of share capital by withdrawal of shares, as resolved by the Annual General Meeting 2013 to offset the possible dilution effects of the 2013 staff convertible programme, was completed on January 14, 2014.

Prior to the reduction of share capital, the number of shares amounted to 39,486,135 and the number of votes amounted to 53,966,019. The numbers of shares and votes have decreased by 383,650 as a result of the reduction. After the reduction, the number of shares amounts to 39,102,485 and the number of votes amounts to 53,582,369.
