Systemair acquires sales companies in Switzerland and Germany

Systemair AB (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: SYSR) acquires Menerga AG in Switzerland and sales companies in Northern Germany that are distributors of Menerga products.

Menerga AG markets and perform service for products from Menerga, had a turnover of approximately SEK 50 million in 2013 and has currently 15 employees. During January 2014 Systemair also acquired the Menerga sales companies in Hamburg, Hannover and Berlin in Northern Germany.
