INWIT: UPDATE ON SHARE BUYBACK IN THE PERIOD 1 TO 5 SEPTEMBER 2025
Milan, 8 September 2025 - Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A. (INWIT), following the press release of 22 April 2025, relating to the start of the first tranche of the treasury share buyback in execution of the authorisation granted by the Shareholders' Meeting on 15 April 2025 and the resolution of the Board of Directors on 17 April 2025, announces that it has purchased on the Milan Euronext and on multilateral trading facilities, in the period between 1 and 5 September 2025, 1,824,020 ordinary shares at an average price per share of EUR 10.2161, for a total countervalue of EUR 18,634,387.44.
