ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A. (hereinafter the "Company"), reminds the investors that the announcement and publication of the H1 2025 Financial Results of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 10 th, 2025 (after the end of the trading session).

Furthermore, the briefing regarding the H1 2025 Financial Results of the Company will be held on Thursday, September 11th , 2025, at 15:00 Greece local time via a live video and audio webcast.
