On 8th September 2025, Pelagic Investment Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC on behalf of its investment compartment, namely Pelagic Yield Fund, has in total disposed 450.000 shares in Hunter Group ASA (“Hunter”), representing approximately 0.334% of Hunter’s issued share capital and voting rights.
Following the transaction, Pelagic Yield Fund holds a total of 6.301.332 shares in Hunter, representing approximately 4.674% of Hunter’s issued share capital and voting rights.
Consequently, Pelagic Yield Fund has fallen below the 5% threshold of disclosure of large shareholdings.
