Announcement of ex-dividend and interim dividend payment date

The SOCIETE ANONYME ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING, with the distinctive title "ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A." (or "Company"), announces that, by virtue of Decision No. 136/10.07.2025 of its Board of Directors, it has resolved to distribute an interim dividend for the fiscal year 2025 in the total amount of 27,969,192 euros or €0.1206692092 per share before tax withholding and excluding 216,000 own shares.

The above amount of the remaining dividend is subject to a withholding tax of 5% according to Article 24 of Law 4646/2019 (excluding or varying the withholding tax rate for shareholders subject to special provisions). The net payable Dividend amounts to euro 0.1146357488 per share.

As of Thursday, September 25, 2025 the shares will trade without the right to interim dividend (cut-off date).

Beneficiaries of the the interim dividend are the shareholders of the Company, who are recorded in the Register of Dematerialized Securities System (DSS), on Friday, September 26, 2025 (record date).

The payment of net Interim Dividend will commence on Thursday, 2 nd of October 2025 and will be processed through the "PIRAEUS BANK S.A.", as follows:

1. Through the operators of the beneficiaries in the Dematerialized Security System (Banks, custodians and securities firms), according to the ATHEXCSD Rulebook and ATHEXCSD's relevant resolutions.

2. Especially in cases of dividend payment to heirs of deceased beneficiaries, whose securities are kept in the Special Account of their Share in the DSS under the management of ATHEXCSD, dividend payment process will be carried out after the completion of the legitimation of their heirs, through the branch network of "PIRAEUS BANK S.A." for five (5) years from the end of this year (namely, until December 31st , 2030).

Collection of the dividend in case (2) is possible from any branch upon presentation of the Identity Card, the printed details of the Code Number DSS account information, either in person or by a legally authorized representative.

Dividends not collected within five (5) years are prescribed to the Hellenic State.
