B2 Impact ASA: Disclosure of Large Shareholding

Reference is made to the announcements on 14 May 2025 regarding the conditional agreement by Prioritet Group AB ("Prioritet Group ") to sell 52,913,000 shares in B2 Impact ASA (the "Company") (the "Transaction").

Prioritet Group AB has 5th September sold 32,913,000 shares in the Company. Following completion of the transaction, Prioritet Group AB now holds 20,000,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 7.94% of the total shares and votes.
