Hargreaves Services plc   (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the environmental, infrastructure and property sectors, announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2025 have been posted to shareholders and are available to download from the investor section of the Company's website  here .

The Company's AGM will be held on 29 October 2025 at 11.00 am at Hotel Indigo, Durham, DH1 3HP.
