Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 05 September 2025 it purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the share buyback programme announced on 11th August 2025 (" Buyback Programme") through Cavendish Capital Markets Limited.

The purchased Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company in treasury. Following the purchase of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 39,976,272 Ordinary Shares in issue, including 762,830 shares held in treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury is 762,830, which attract no voting rights.

The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding treasury shares as at 05 September 2025 is 39,213,442. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Since the announcement of the Buyback Programme on 11th August 2025 AEP has purchased 180,980 Ordinary Shares in aggregate which are held in treasury.
