Balder sells properties for SEK 180 million

Balder (publ) has, in six separate transactions, sold properties for SEK 180 million. The properties sold are Halmstad Eketånga 24:45, Stockholm Magneten 19, Lund Rivan 4 and all properties in Hjo, Åtvidaberg, Landskrona.

The total sales value amounted to SEK 180 million and exceeded Balder's latest valuation of approximately 35 million. Most of the results will affect the result for the second quarter.
