NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND PUBLICATION OF 2024 ANNUAL REPORT OF THE LOTUS BAKERIES GROUP

The Board of Directors has the pleasure of inviting the shareholders of Lotus Bakeries NV to attend the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on Tuesday 13 May 2025 at 10.00 AM.

To this end, Lotus Bakeries NV published its 2024 Annual Report of the Lotus Bakeries Group (including the consolidated financial statements and the consolidated sustainability statements).
