BURE HAS AQUIRED SHARES IN CATELLA AB (PUBL)

Bure Equity AB (publ) ("Bure") has today acquired 8.150.000 series B shares in Catella AB (publ) ("Catella"). Catella is listed on NASDAQ OMX First North. After the transaction Bure holds 0 series A shares and 8.150.000 series B shares corresponding to 9,98 percent of the capital and 8,88 percent of the votes in Catella.
