Elanders appoints new Directors to the Board

The nomination committee of Elanders AB proposes two new members to the Board of Directors, Linus Karlsson and Anne Lenerius.

Linus Karlsson is Creative Chairman at McCann Global Brand and has a long experience from global marketing and communication. He is also a member of the Board of the World Childhood Foundation and the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in New York.

Anne Lenerius is Chief Financial Officer of Carl Bennet AB since 2003 and Chairman of the Board of Entercircle Konfektion AB. She has previously been employed as Group Controller at Ernström Holding AB and as Finance Manager at JMS/Q Systemhydraulik AB.

The nomination committee further proposes re-election of the existing board members;

Carl Bennet, chairman. Johan Stern, deputy chairman. Erik Gabrielson, board member. Göran Johnsson, board member. Cecilia Lager, board member. Magnus Nilsson, board member. Kerstin Paulsson, board member.

The Board also comprises the following employee's representatives, elected by the employees;

Lena Hassini Lilian Larnefeldt Charlotte Trelde, deputy member Claes-Göran Vinberg, deputy member
