Eurotech: updated financial calendar 2025

Amaro (Italy), 5 September 2025 – The Company announces that the Board of Directors to approve the Half Year Consolidated Financial Report at 30 June 2024 has been postponed to September 11, 2025 (from the previously communicated date of September 9, 2025).

The updated calendar relating to the corporate events for year 2025 is reported below:

Board of Directors' Meetings

14 March 2025:	approval of the 2024 Annual Report and 2024 Draft Consolidated Financial Statements
15 May 2025:	approval of the Consolidated Interim Management Report at 31 March 2025
	11 September 2025: approval of the Half Year Consolidated Financial Report at 30 June 2025
	13 November 2025: approval of the Consolidated Interim Management Report at 30 September 2025

28 April 2025:	Ordinary Shareholders Meeting to approve 2024 Financial Statements
