Şirketimizin Denetimden Sorumlu Komitesi  05.09.2025 tarihinde toplanarak  Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun VII.128-1 sayılı Pay Tebliği'nin 33'üncü maddesi uyarınca hazırlanan,  halka arz gelirinden elde edilen fonun izahnamede belirtildiği şekilde kullanılıp kullanılmadığına ilişkin  rapor  üzerinde görüşerek söz konusu raporun kabulüne ve KAP‘ta açıklanmasına karar verilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Our Company's Audit Committee convened on September 05, 2025, and discussed the report prepared in accordance with Article 33 of the Capital Markets Board's Share Communiqué No. VII.128-1, regarding whether the funds obtained from the public offering were used as stated in the prospectus. It was decided to accept the report and disclose it on the Public Disclosure Platform (PDP).

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
