Şirketimiz ile QC İnşaat Proje Mümessillik Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ (arsa sahibi) arasında, Kurtköy QFlats Projesi'ne ilişkin, bağımsız bölümlerin paylaşımının %65'i proje geliştirici vasfıyla Şirketimizin, %35'i arsa sahibinin olacağı paylaşım protokolü bugün (05.09.2025) imzalanmıştır. GYO Tebliği'nin 26. maddesi uyarınca, s öz konusu protokol çerçevesinde, Şirketimiz payına düşen bağımsız bölümlerin üzerine hak sahipliğine ilişkin şerh koyulacaktır.

A sharing protocol regarding the Kurtköy QFlats Project has been signed today (September 5, 2025) between our Company and QC İnşaat Proje Mümessillik Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ (landowner), stipulating that 65% of the independent units will belong to our Company as the project developer and 35% will belong to the landowner. In accordance with Article 26 of the GYO Regulation, a note regarding ownership rights will be placed on the independent units allocated to our company under the terms of the aforementioned protocol.

This is the translation of the Turkish disclosure made through the Public Disclosure Platform. In accordance with CMB legislation, in case of any difference between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
