Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group as mentioned below, PPCSA ("PPC") announces the following:

• On September 1, 2025 and on September 2, 2025, Mr. Konstantinos Kodellas proceeded with the purchase of 500 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 7,040.00 and 1,000 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 14,002.18 respectively
• On September 2, 2025, Mr. Angelos Kasimis proceeded with the purchase of 4,110 shares of PPC for a total consideration of €57,375.60
• On September 2, 2025, Mr. Fotios Makryaleas proceeded with the purchase of 9,450 shares of PPC for a total consideration of €131,121.63 and
• On September 2, 2025, Mr. Ioannis Stefos proceeded with the purchase of 3,500 shares of PPC for a total consideration of €48,584.90
