The Company is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a multi-million-dollar marine logistics base contract in Suriname. The contract, spanning over 4 years, was secured through an international tendering process in which MedservRegis' strong and experienced project management team was a key differentiating factor.

The client is a leading multinational oilfield services and engineering contractor, which recently secured an Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) offshore contract. The majority of the scope of work is scheduled to begin in mid-2026.

This award represents a significant milestone in MedservRegis' growth, providing a strategic foothold to expand operations in the region. The energy sector remains particularly sensitive to global political developments, underscoring the importance of the Group's diversified presence in strategic locations and its adaptability in delivering services that meet evolving market demands.

It is anticipated that the contract will be delivered using the Group's existing internal resources and will not require major capital expenditure.
