The following is a Company announcement issued by LifeStar Insurance plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Capital Market rules issued by the Malta financial Services Authority.

QUOTE

Change of Chief Executive Officer

The Company wishes to announce that Alessio Germani no longer serves in the role of Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") with effect from today the 4 September 2025.

The Board of Directors thanks Mr Germani and wishes him every success for the future.

Appointment Chief Executive Officer

The Company announces that, as subject to regulatory clearance, Jonathan Camilleri of San Francesco, Triq Tal-Barrani, Tarxien, Malta, is being promoted and will assume the functions and powers of the CEO. This will be with effect from regulatory approval.

Mr Camilleri first joined the LifeStar group in September 2014. He has until now served as Chief Operations Officer of the Company and its regulated subsidiary LifeStar Health Insurance Agency Limited ("LHIA"). Mr Camilleri previously occupied the roles of Head of Operations & Life Operations Manager. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the group's health insurance agency, LHIA.

There are no disclosures to be made in terms of Capital Market Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
