Roma, 4 settembre 2025 – Caltagirone S.p.A. in data odierna, facendo seguito al comunicato stampa diffuso in data 19 maggio 2025, ha stipulato l'atto di fusione per incorporazione in Caltagirone Spa di Capitolium Srl, in base al relativo progetto di fusione già pubblicato e depositato presso la sede legale, unitamente agli altri documenti previsti ai sensi della normativa vigente. L'atto di fusione sarà messo a disposizione del pubblico nei termini e con le modalità di cui alla vigente disciplina.

Rome, September 4, 2025 – Today Caltagirone S.p.A., following the press release issued on May 19, 2025, executed the merger by incorporation of Capitolium Srl, based on the related merger plan already published and filed at the registered office, together with the other documents required under current legislation. The deed of merger will be available to the public within the terms and conditions set forth in current legislation.
