Milano, 4 settembre 2025 – Di seguito si riportano i dati relativi alle azioni che compongono il capitale sociale e il numero dei diritti di voto esercitabili in assemblea a seguito del conseguimento della maggiorazione del diritto di voto relativamente a n. 14.400 azioni ordinarie intervenuta nel mese di agosto 2025, come previsto ai sensi dell'art. 127-quinquies del D. lgs. 58/1998 e dello Statuto, con evidenza della variazione intervenuta rispetto alla situazione precedente.

Notice on total number of voting rights

Milan, September 4, 2025 - The data below refer to composition of the share capital and the total amount of voting rights exercisable in the shareholders' meetings following the attribution of increased voting rights for a total amount of n. 14.400 ordinary shares in August 2025, pursuant to Article 127 quinquies of the Legislative Decree 58/1998 and in accordance to the Article of Association, with evidence of the changes occurred with respect to the previous situation.
