UPDATE OF 2025 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

OPAP S.A., in accordance with articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.4.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Regulation announces the completion of its 2025 Financial Calendar with the following:

Monday	03.11.2025:	Cut-off date for the payment of the interim dividend for the fiscal
		year 2025, that is, prior to 21.11.2025, which signifies the
		expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock
		and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included.
Tuesday	04.11.2025:	Interim Dividend beneficiaries - Record date
Monday	10.11.2025:	Interim Dividend Payment date (on which the payment shall
		commence)

Interim Dividend will be paid according to ATHEX regulation through a credit institution (bank) and clarifications for the payment procedure will be provided with separate announcement.
