Following a directed issue resolved by Sotkamo Silver AB ("Sotkamo Silver") on 13 August 2025, the number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver has increased.
Prior to the directed issue, the number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver amounted to 286,148, 387. Following the directed issue, 35,919,720 new shares and 132 new convertibles have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket).
As of today, 29 August 2025, the number of shares and votes in Sotkamo Silver amounts to 322,068, 107.
