The change in the number of shares and votes in the Company is attributable to the redemption of shares of series C, as resolved by the Board of Directors in accordance with the redemption procedure set forth in the Company's Articles of Association as well as the issuance of merger consideration in connection with the completed merger with Toleranzia AB (publ).
