The Board of VNH announces that the 2025 Redemption Opportunity has concluded. 

A total of 4,198,773 Ordinary Shares were validly tendered for redemption and will be redeemed under the 2025 Redemption Opportunity.  These Ordinary Shares represent approximately 17.9% of the Ordinary Shares in issue as of 31 August 2025.
