Award of free shares under the Howden Joinery Group Plc Share Incentive Plan (SIP)
The Company announces that on 1 September 2025 the following free shares were granted to Executive Directors and PDMRs under the SIP as detailed in the table below:

Awards of free shares granted under the SIP are not subject to any performance conditions. Under normal circumstances the awards will vest in full subject to the Executive Director or PDMR remaining a Qualifying Employee until the third anniversary of the date of grant, as defined in the rules of the SIP. No consideration was paid for the acquisition of the awards.
