Extraordinary Announcement

Initiation of administrative lawsuit

Graphisoft Park SE hereby informs its Shareholders and the capital market participants that, regarding the Northern Area, the Deputy State Secretary responsible for Environmental Regulatory Affairs has once again issued a resolution cancelling the remediation deadline and ordering the review of the intervention plan. The subsidiaries of the Graphisoft Park Group affected by the resolution will again initiate judicial review proceedings, i.e. an administrative lawsuit, against the decision. The Company's position remains unchanged: in the Company's view, the newly issued resolution represents yet another chapter in the decades-long postponement of remediation, a practice that, according to the Company, also violates the Constitution.
