CHANGE IN THE DENOMINATOR OF EXMAR NV

In accordance with Article 15 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major holdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, Exmar NV ("Exmar" or the "Company") hereby announces the following information:

The change in the denominator is the result of the capital increase of 28 August 2025, in implementation of the optional dividend granted by Exmar's Extraordinary General Meeting on 4 August 2025.

Statutory thresholds

In accordance with the Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings, the threshold above which a shareholding must be disclosed is set at 5% and each multiple of 5%.
