The tables included in this Company Announcement contain both the Aggregated Transaction Information as well as detailed Individual Transaction Information in relation to the purchases made under the Bank's Share Buy-Back programme from the 25th August to 29th August 2025 (the Reporting Week).

During the Reporting Week, Bank of Valletta has purchased a total of 36,570 shares, equal to around 0.006% of its share capital, at an average weighted purchase price of €1.895 per share, for a total amount of €69,291. These shares will not be cancelled.
