CA Immobilien Anlagen AG: Reduction of share capital and the number of voting rights through the cancellation of 5,324,821 treasury shares

On 27 August 2025, the Management Board of CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft resolved to cancel 5,324,821 no-par value bearer shares of CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft with effect from 27 August 2025 on the basis of the authorisation passed by the company's 38th Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2025. Following approval by the Supervisory Board on 27 August 2025, the repurchased treasury shares were thus cancelled with effect from 27 August 2025.

Following the cancellation of a total of 5,324,821 treasury shares, CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft currently holds 5,324,821 treasury shares.

As a result of the cancellation of 5,324,821 treasury shares, the capital stock of CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft was reduced by a total of EUR 38,711,448.67 with effect from 27 August 2025 and now amounts to EUR 735,517,568.35, divided into 101,171,605 no-par value shares (of which 4 are registered shares and now 101,171,601 are bearer shares).

In accordance with Section 19 (1) of the Articles of Association of CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft, each nopar value share carries one vote.
