KERNEL ANNOUNCES DATE FOR FY2025 RESULTS PUBLICATION

Kernel Holding S.A. is announcing that it will report its Consolidated Financial Statements for year ended 30 June 2025 on Friday, 03 October 2025, after the market closing.

Management will not hold a conference call to present the report, considering that no information additional to the one provided in the report is to be presented during such call.

Legal grounds: Art. 17 of REGULATION (EU) No 596/2014 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
