Publication date of First Half 2025 financial results

AEGEAN AIRLINES will announce its financial results for the First Half ended June 30, 2025 on Tuesday, 16th September 2025, after the close of Athens Exchange trading session.

Financial statements shall be available on the company's website www.aegeanair.com as well as the Athens Exchange website www.helex.gr.

The Company will host an Analysts Conference Call on Wednesday, 17th September 2025 (16:00 Athens time, 14:00 GMT).
