Correction: Timur Kärki’s holding of Gofore Plc’s shares and voting rights falls below 10% 

Gofore corrects the number of shares in Kärki's possession presented incorrectly in the below table "Shares and voting rights". The correct amount of Kärki’s direct shareholding is 1,575,000*. The total number of Gofore Plc shares is 15,960,112.

Gofore Plc has on 1 September 2025 received a notification pursuant to the Finnish Securities Markets Act, according to which Timur Kärki’s holding of Gofore Plc’s shares and voting rights has fallen below the ten (10) percent threshold on 1 September 2025.  According to the notification, reason for the notification is an event that changes the distribution of shares and voting rights (completion of the Huld acquisition and a directed issue as part of the payment of the purchase price on 1 September 2025).
