PRESS RELEASE

Circle GROUP: new contract worth €140,000 for the advanced digitalisation of logistics and intermodal services with a major Italian company operating in truck service and intermodal logistics

Milan, September 2, 2025

Circle S.p.A. ("CIRCLE" or the "Company") - an Innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, heading the Group specialized in the process analysis and the development of solutions for the digitalisation of the port and intermodal logistics sectors, as well as in the international consultancy on Green Deal and energy transition topics – announces the signing of a new contract worth €140,000 with a leading Italian company that has been operating for over 60 years in truck service and intermodal logistics, with a strong presence throughout the country and constantly evolving towards increasingly digital and integrated operating models.

The agreement further strengthens Circle Group's role as an enabler of digital transition in the world of transport and supply chains, thanks to interoperable, scalable solutions that are fully compliant with European regulations. The project involves the adoption of the LogIN Business and MILOS® TFP platforms, with the aim of transforming the entire operational and document management process into a fully digital, efficient and integrated one. At the heart of the initiative is the dematerialisation of transport documents through the introduction of e-CMR and e-DDT with atures, enabling the complete digitalisation of the document cycle, accessible both via the web and through a dedicated app for drivers.

Interoperability with logistics hubs (ports, freight villages, airports and terminals) is also strategic, enabling the automation of incoming and outgoing information flows, as well as simplified management of arrival notifications with qualified ETA calculation. The system is able to receive real-time reports on critical events that may affect operations, such as strikes or accidents.

The project includes integration with the management systems (ERP and TMS) already in use by customers and shippers, ensuring operational continuity, reduction of manual errors and overall process optimisation. Digital dialogue with railway agencies is also planned,

including the adoption of interoperable digital documents (e-CIM, H30, EDIGES) related to combined transport, and future interoperability with maritime agencies, thus completing an advanced intermodal vision.

The MILOS® ecosystem ensures centralised and natively integrated management, reducing the need for software customisation and ongoing maintenance by the customer, thanks to full compatibility with standards and third-party solutions.

To complete the supply, advanced telematic services for fleet management have also been activated, covering tolls in 17 European countries, as well as real-time monitoring of vehicles, trailers, goods and environmental conditions, including fuel, temperature and safety checks. With this project, Circle Group further strengthens its commitment to supporting digital innovation in intermodal logistics chains, offering concrete tools to improve efficiency, sustainability and operational competitiveness.

"With this new contract, we are further strengthening our mission: to support the digital transformation of European logistics through a federated, interoperable and natively integrated ecosystem. Our solutions enable industry players to successfully address regulatory, technological and environmental challenges, reducing complexity and increasing value generated throughout the logistics chain, in line with the objectives of the "Connect 4 Agile Growth" business plan," said Luca Abatello, CEO of Circle Group.
