João Nonell Günther Amaral to resign from the Board of Directors

João Nonell Günther Amaral will resign as of August 28th 2025 from the Board of
Directors of Musti Group. Musti Group plc will convene, with a separate
invitation, a Shareholder's Extraordinary General Meeting to appoint a
replacement.
