The Company announces that it was notified on 9 May 2014 that John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company purchased 256 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,408 pence per Ordinary Share on 7 May 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr Whiteley's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 12,000 Ordinary Shares (0.03%).
