Report Content Notice of dismissal of the Company's appeal by the Court of Appeal inWarsaw

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered officein Warsaw ("the Company") announces that the Court of Appeal in Warsaw("the Court") today dismissed the Company's appeal against the judgementof 21 August 2023 No. XVII AmA 30/23 issued by the Competition andConsumer Protection Court of which the Company informed in report No.37/2023 on 21 August 2023 (the "Judgement") on the Company's appealagainst decision No. DOK-6/2020 issued by the President of the Office ofCompetition and Consumer Protection, of which the Company informed inreport No. 2/2021 on 4 January 2021.

The Court's Judgment is final. The Company will consider filing acassation appeal against the Judgment after receiving a writtenjustification for the appeal dismissal.
