Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

on concluding non-binding Memorandums of Understanding

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: "4iG") hereby informs the participants of the capital market that today a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding was signed between 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Private Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "4iG S&D") - a member of 4iG Group - and the Brazilian Condor S.A. Indústria Química – CONDOR Non-Lethal Technologies, an entity of EDGE Group (hereinafter referred to as "CONDOR").

While 4iG S&D and EDGE Group continuously work on deepening their cooperation in the field of defence technology, they have now identified a further common opportunity between 4iG S&D and CONDOR. The parties have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding to explore and further specify the fields of possible cooperation in the establishment of a regional hub in Hungary for advanced non-lethal solutions, with the purpose of educational and research programs, technology transfer and logistics.

CONDOR is a global leader in the development of non-lethal technologies designed to enable the responsible and proportional use of force (e.g. ammunition, grenades, incapacitating electrical devices and pyrotechnics). It maintains a presence in more than 80 countries, driving innovation and setting benchmarks in public security and defence.

4iG Space and Defence Plc. is a stand-alone holding company covering the space and defence industrial interests of the 4iG Group. Its aim is to form a vertically integrated large company covering numerous defence and dual use technology value-added chains in the fields of space, aviation and land vehicle, weapon systems and defence digitalisation services.
