## ICOP: THE REGIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE COURT OF LIGURIA CONFIRMS THE LEGITIMACY OF THE TENDER FOR THE NEW RAVANO PIER IN LA SPEZIA, AWARDED TO ICOP IN A CONSORTIUM

## GREEN LIGHT FOR THE PROJECT THAT WILL STRENGTHEN THE CAPACITY AND COMPETITIVENESS OF THE PORT OF LA SPEZIA

*Basiliano (Udine), 27 August 2025* – The TAR (Regional Administrative Court) of Liguria, with ruling no. 982/2025 of 22 August, rejected the appeal filed against the tender launched by La Spezia Container Terminal S.p.A. for the construction of the new Ravano Terminal in the port of La Spezia, which was awarded at the end of 2024 to **I.CO.P. S.p.A. Società Benefit** in a consortium with Agnese Costruzioni and Vianini Lavori.

Work on the construction of the new Ravano Terminal in the commercial port of La Spezia – First Lot, which includes an operational quay approximately 520 m long, capable of accommodating and mooring the latest generation of container ships up to 400 metres in length, will therefore potentially commence in the coming months.

ICOP, an underground engineering company and one of the leading European operators in the field of special foundations and microtunnelling, has a 34% share of the awarded works, worth a total of €79.3 million, which, in light of the current decision, will be included in the Group's backlog.

The completion of the infrastructure will also include a second lot of complementary works worth €49 million, intended mainly for the construction of the yards.
