MAPS GROUP: WEEKLY DISCLOSURE ON SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAM

Maps S.p.A. (MAPS:IM; IT0005364333), a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the digital transformation sector, announces that, under the share buyback program, no purchases were made during the period from 20 August 2025 to 26 August 2025.

As of the date of this press release, Maps S.p.A. directly holds 170,733 treasury shares, representing 1.29% of the share capital.

It should be noted that these figures take into account the allocations made under the 2022–2024 Stock Option and Stock Grant program, as announced on 20 June 2025, 7 August 2025, and 8 August 2025. Any further share allocations under the plan will be disclosed upon completion of the related procedures, at the conclusion of which the Company undertakes to communicate the final results.
