Result of General Meeting

Inchcape plc announces that the special resolution proposed at the General Meeting of the company held at 9.00 a.m. today at Exchange House, Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EG was passed by way of a poll. The results are set out below.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.2, a copy of the resolution passed has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is available for inspection.
