Requisition of General Meeting

Empresaria Group plc (AIM: EMR), the international specialist staffing group ("Empresaria" or the "Company") acknowledges the receipt of a requisition notice, from a shareholder holding greater than 5 per cent. of the issued share capital of Empresaria, for the Company to hold a general meeting to remove four of its current directors, those being Stephen Bellamy, Ranjit de Sousa, Rhona Driggs and Penelope Freer, and to appoint four new directors to the Board.

The Board will convene the requisite meeting to consider the proposed resolutions in accordance with the statutory timelines and its articles of association.

Shareholders are advised to take no action at this time.
