("Erldan Holdings") which undertook the lock-up restrictions under Section 15 of the Securities Law, 1968 and the regulations thereunder, applicable to the shares purchased by it from the holder. In addition, the holder granted Erldan Holdings an option for a period of 9 months to purchase 67,900 shares of the company at a price of 23,500 agorot, with Erldan undertaking to assume the lock-up restrictions under Section 15 of the Securities Law, 1968 and the regulations thereunder, applicable to the shares to be purchased by it from the holder.
