Şirketimizin sermaye piyasası mevzuatına göre hazırlanan 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait mali tablolarında 131.026.755 TL net dönem karı, yasal kayıtlara göre hazırlanan mali tablolarında 11.767.403,83 TL net dönem karı oluşmasına karşın, Şirketimizin yeni yatırım ve yeniden yapılanma sürecinde olduğu dikkate alınarak, 2024 yılı kârından dağıtım yapılmayarak kârın Şirket bünyesinde tutulmasına, 2024 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak kar dağıtımı yapılmaması hususunun Genel Kurul onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
