Infinity Capital Investments S.A. brings to the attention of investors and shareholders that, on 22.08.2025, the increase of the share capital of the subsidiary Gravity Capital Investments S.A., from 57,390,000 RON to the value of 77,390,000 RON, was carried out at the Commercial Registry Office at the Bucharest Court. Infinity Capital Investments S.A. participated in the capital increase by subscribing a number of 2,000,000 shares, with a nominal value of 10 lei/share, for which he paid the sum of 20,000,000 lei.

The capital increase was made to finance future investment projects.
