In accordance with the provisions of article no. 77 of Law no. 24/2017 regarding issuers of financial instruments and market operations, Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that, in the framework of the public purchase offer held between 06.08.2025 and 20.08.2025 (F.S.A. Decision no. 732/31.07.2025), it purchased 41,994,250 own shares representing 9.7661% of the share capital.

Thus, at the present time, the Company owns a number of 41,994,250 own shares representing 9.7661% of the share capital.

During the period of their holding by the Company, the 41,994,250 shares do not give the right to a dividend and have suspended voting rights.
