Sarantis Group will release its H1 2025 Financial Results, as follows:

• Tuesday, September 9 th , 2025 following Athens Exchange Market closing – Results Release, which will be available at the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr/) and at Sarantis Group website (https://sarantisgroup.com).
• Wednesday, September 10th, 2025, at 16:00 (Athens time) Investors' and Analysts' update via conference call.
